Practicing Ahimsa or Non-Violence

June 11, 2012 § Leave a Comment

Mahatma Gandhi is probably best known for advocating and practicing ahimsa or non-violence.

The Integrated Ascended Master practices “integrated ahimsa.” He makes an effort to practice non-violence on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally and Spiritually. This means not hurting a flea on a physical level, avoiding violent movies, songs and books, but also refraining from violent thoughts, feelings and emotions altogether.energy

To be integrated on all levels, one must practice ahimsa on all levels. Otherwise, fragmentation and lack of integrity will incur.

So make non-violence part of your Spiritual routine. If violent thoughts and feelings come up, just ignore them and don’t give them any energy. This is how they will eventually wither like a plant that withers from lack of water.
