The purpose of life is to realize God and attain God Consciousness. Said another way, the purpose of life is to become an Integrated Ascended Master.

However, unfortunately most people have forgotten about the meaning and purpose of life and are lost in materialism, sensual pleasure and sensationalism! They live for what is transitory instead of for what is eternal!

They waste their time with gossip, TV and hedonism, and in their longing for material wealth they have suffocated the longings of the Soul. This is the sad status quo of human mass consciousness today.

Most people literally waste their lives. They don’t see the opportunity, purpose and gift of human birth.

The question is, will we also waste the rest of our lives and just delay the inevitable? Or are we ready to make a commitment RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW to the longings of our Soul that yearns for union with the Divine?

The Integrated Ascended Master spends his time wisely. As the Sai Baba Gita says, “Time wasted is life wasted.”

The Importance of Practicing The Presence

The Spiritual path is very simple: If you want to be with God in Heaven, then act like God on Earth! The Spiritual practice of acting like God on Earth is called “Practicing the Presence.”

What is meant with the “Presence” is our “Mighty I AM Presence,” also called our God Self. So the idea is to get up in the morning and make up your mind to practice to Presence of God to the best of your ability throughout the day.

This means looking at every person, animal, plant and rock as an incarnation of God, greeting every person as if they were your favourite Ascended Master visiting you in form, and behaving as if you were an Ascended Master or God-realized Being yourself!

The Integrated Ascended Master realizes that if one keeps practicing being an Ascended Master, they eventually will become one!

Don’t Become Too Obsessed with Your Dreams and Don’t Give Your Power Away to Your Dreams

Always trust your conscious understanding more than anything else. When a dream is showing that you have an adjustment to make, make a specific short Spiritual vow in your mind, out loud, or in writing, to affirm that you are doing this or that to never let this specific pattern get out of balance ever again.

Never waste time feeling bad about some pattern that you may have not been aware of. Just immediately adjust it in your attitude which will reflect instantly in your emotional body. You will instantly feel good because you have made the subtle adjustment and your specific vow and affirmation to never let this happen again. Always adjust your consciousness so it is totally in the Tao and completely clear to start your day.

The Integrated Ascended Master works with his dreams in an integrated and balanced way. He uses them to propel himself forward on his path to Self and God Realization. He realizes that dreams are an invaluable feedback system. It is like a morning newspaper print out of how we have been using our energies the day before. If we have been out of line somewhere, then our dreams will reflect this so we can make the proper adjustments and corrections in our thinking. This is how God would have us look at our dreams, as a mentor and friendly reminder to stay on track!

What is the Kundalini and How to Raise it

The word “Kundalini” comes from Sanskrit and means “coiled.” Kundalini is a universal energy that lies coiled (like a snake) at the base of the spine.

In Eastern tradition there are methods to forcefully raise the Kundalini, however, one should refrain from such practices at all cost as following such techniques could create massive damage in the nervous system to the point of going insane!

The Integrated Ascended Master realizes that the Kundalini rises naturally as a byproduct of developing one’s consciousness. It is a byproduct of meditation, self-introspection, self-inquiry, prayer, and integrated ascension.

What is a So-called Ray Configuration?

We each not only have an astrological chart that is unique to us, we also each have a Ray chart that is unique to us, which is commonly referred to as our Ray configuration.

The science of the Rays is in truth older than even the science of astrology because the Rays predate the creation of the stars. As such, in truth, our Ray chart or Ray configuration is even more significant than our astrological chart.

Our Ray configuration tells us which Rays overlight and influence the various bodies of our Spiritual constitution. These overlighting Rays predispose us to have certain weaknesses and strengths.

Nevertheless, it is important to understand that regardless of which Rays overlight our Spiritual constitution or which astrological energies may be influencing us, or whatever other planetary energies may be acting upon us, there is no force stronger in the universe than our personal power and will.

What is Ascension?

Ascension is the process of breaking free from the wheel of rebirth. To ascend means to raise one’s frequency to a level that vibrates higher than physical/Earthly reality.

To take one’s ascension in an integrated and balanced way means to synthesize and ascend equally all four bodies – physical/etheric, emotional, mental and Spiritual – and to not try and bypass any of these levels. To ascend our bodies means to purify our physical body, spiritualize our emotions, keep our mind steady in the light, and descend our Monad or God Self onto Earth.

To become an Integrated Ascended Master means to fully integrate all aspects of the Divine within self and to become whole and complete. And it is from this state of wholeness and completion that we then can truly serve Spirit, the Spiritual Hierarchy and humanity. If we leave out any of these aspects of self we will become fragmented, and any service work we will be doing will become corrupted as a result.

The Integrated Ascended Master strives for integration and mastery at all times, in all ways and all things.

It is Impossible to Become an Integrated Ascended Master Without First Transcending the Negative Ego and Lower Self

The negative or lower self sees itself as separate from God and one another. The Higher Self or Spiritual/ Christ/ Buddha/ Krishna/ Moses/ Mohammed/ Mighty I AM Presence Consciousness sees itself as one with God and everyone.

To think with the negative ego mind or lower self shows as selfishness, separation, greed, lust, anger, fear, and so forth. Obviously it is not possible to become an Ascended Master with this kind of thinking. Or can you imagine Jesus getting angry, Kuan Yin getting jealous and Djwhal Khul turning uncool? Of course you can’t! We would immediately lose our respect and stop calling them Masters! This is why the negative ego mind needs to be transcended and replaced with Christ Consciousness.

This is the psychological aspect of the ascension process. It may not be as glamorous as communicating with the Ascended Masters or Angels but it is the foundation of the entire Spiritual path! If we leave out the psychological aspect, then all Spiritual work that we will do will become corrupted and contaminated.

Since the beginning of humanity’s evolution highly evolved beings from other star systems have come to support our Spiritual evolution and unfoldment.

Each planet has a so-called Planetary Logos. The Planetary Logos for Planet Earth is Lord Buddha who took office in 1995. But up until then our Planetary Logos was Sanat Kumara who came from Venus with his team to spark the evolution of humanity in this world.

Our space brothers and sisters have been helping us and supporting us for eons of time. They have come to both help us save us from ourselves and develop our higher faculties. They have guarded us from negative extraterrestrials (of which there are only a very small number) without interfering with our God-given free will, and they have inspired the human mind in a multitude of ways and things.

Advanced extraterrestrials who work with humanity include the Arcturians, the Asthar Command, the Pleidians and Venusians.

Animals Form Part of Group Souls – And How Animal Instinct is Developed

What distinguishes the human kingdom from the animal kingdom is that man has gone through an occult process called individualization whereas animals have not. It is however the evolutionary goal of the animal kingdom which, as of yet, form part of so-called “group souls.”

Animals are group souls so what that means is that whatever they experience and learn, it is shared with the whole group. Whatever one ant learns in his or her lifetime, the whole kingdom of ants grows through the learning of each one ant. So as time moves on and more and more ants incarnate, the “group consciousness” of the “ant group soul” as a whole evolves.

Animals have instinct. This instinct is the result of all the experiences that the animals in each group jointly make and share with each other.

The Integrated Ascended Master is very conscious and alert in every interaction with a member of the animal kingdom because he realizes that whatever experience he creates for the animal, it will co-fashion the instinct and consciousness of the entire group the animal belongs to.

Why Do People Attack and Criticize Others?

There are many reasons why people attack and criticize others. For your enjoyment, here are listed some.

People attack and criticize because:

They have not been trained how to master and control their mind, emotions and negative ego programming.
They are run by fear, and fearful people attack.
They are out of control which causes them to get angry in a vain attempt to get back in control; however, this is illusion for their angry response is showing they are still out of control.
They are too much run by their emotional body. When you allow your feelings and emotions to run your life, the negative ego becomes the programmer of your feelings and emotions.
They are jealous. They suffer from low self-esteem and are constantly competing and comparing themselves with others to try to feel good about themselves. They are trapped in that negative ego complex of being better than others or worse than others.
They are lacking self-love and self-worth. They attack and criticize to try to move to the topside of the negative ego instead of the bottom side of the negative ego. They don’t understand that they are trapped in negative ego duality altogether.

The Integrated Ascended Master realizes that the only way to escape this roller coaster ride of the negative ego from self-inflation to self-deflation is to transcend the whole system and see there is another way of thinking, not based on fear and attack nor lower self-esteem and self-aggrandizement.

And this other way of thinking is called Spiritual/ Christ/ Buddha/ Krishna/ Moses/ Mohammed/ Mighty I AM Presence thinking. It is a way of thinking that will bring you unconditional love, unconditional self-love and self-worth, unchanging happiness and inner peace at all times without having to ever attack, judge, hurt, compare, compete and be better than or worse than others.
