Earth is a very tough Spiritual school, and the lessons we have come here to learn can be very challenging at times. This is why it is essential to become a Spiritual warrior in life.

The Spiritual warrior is both tough as nails but loving and tender as the sweetest rose.

It is the development of the Spiritual warrior archetype that makes one unstoppable in life, and that keeps one getting back up again when falling off the horse, and fighting on towards victory! The Spiritual warrior welcomes adversity and looks at every challenge along the way as an opportunity to grow stronger, tougher and invincible!

The Integrated Ascended Master is a Spiritual warrior in life! He realizes that it may seem tough to be a warrior in the beginning stages of self-mastery, but as one advances on the path of integrated self-mastery, it soon becomes an ingrained habit to be a Spiritual warrior in life.

Gurus are Outdated. The Aquarian Age calls for Masters

The Age of Pisces was the age of gurus. In the last 2,000 years there usually was some kind of guru and everyone around got devoted to that guru. We still see this today in our society but it is definitely getting old.

Now the Age of Pisces is slowly but surely coming to a close and the Age of Aquarius is starting to come in. And this new age calls for Masters!

In the Piscean Age, in all their devotion, people had a tendency to put the guru on a pedestal and give their power away to that guru. Now, the truth is that neither God nor the inner plane Ascended Masters, or anyone else in the Spiritual Hierarchy, wants our power. To the contrary, they want to empower us and make us own our personal power so we can use it in service of God and creating Heaven on Earth! Their message really is, “I am God, and so are you!” They want our respect, but not our power!

The Integrated Ascended Master realizes that the inner plane Ascended Masters want us to look at them as our older brothers and sisters, as our friends and mentors. And this is what he is committed to do!

Be Happy, but Never be Satisfied; there are 352 Levels of Initiation back to the Godhead

Whatever level of self-mastery or initiation you may attain, acknowledge it and be happy about it, but never ever be satisfied!

The seventh level of initiation marks freedom from the wheel of rebirth, yet there are 352 levels of initiation all the way back to the Godhead. So there is always another level of Spiritual growth awaiting us!

Even the Ascended Masters on the inner plane that we are all so familiar with, such as Djwhal Khul, El Morya, Kuthumi, Sister Mary, Kuan Yin, Melchizedek and so forth, are still growing and evolving as well. It is important to remember this to keep things in perspective.

The Integrated Ascended Master always keeps in mind that God is infinite, and that even after physical death we continue to evolve on the inner planes.

What to Do with the Negativity We Encounter During the Course of a Day

If we are not careful, then other people’s negativity can easily affect us.

We don’t have to go to a licensed hypnotist to get hypnotized because it happens every day in our everyday lives. The subconscious mind has no reasoning ability. However, most people on Earth are run by their non-reasoning subconscious mind. As a result, not discerning whatsoever which thoughts and suggestions to allow into their minds, they allow other people or their own negative thinking to hypnotize them into negativity and victim consciousness.

So the question now is; what should we do with all the negativity we encounter during the course of any given day? The answer is to claim our personal power and to consciously respond instead of subconsciously react to the negativity and fear-based suggestions around us. So the ideal is to consciously respond rather than automatically react. To respond is to come from the conscious mind. To react is to come from the subconscious mind and lower self.

If you find yourself in a very challenging environment, look at your situation as a wonderful opportunity to practice holding the light amidst the negativity. Look at it as an opportunity to consciously respond with personal power, unconditional love and wisdom, instead of reacting on automatic pilot.

Use your personal power to keep other people’s negativity away from you. Say to yourself, “Other people’s negativity slides off me like water off a duck’s back.”

Another thing you can do is see yourself surrounded by a semi permeable bubble of golden white light that allows in only that which is good and of God and keeps out all negativity and lower energies.

The Integrated Ascended Master is immune to the negativity of the world! He always responds in life and never reacts!

Time Wasted is Life Wasted – Sai Baba Gita

The purpose of life is to realize God and attain God Consciousness. Said another way, the purpose of life is to become an Integrated Ascended Master.

However, unfortunately most people have forgotten about the meaning and purpose of life and are lost in materialism, sensual pleasure and sensationalism! They live for what is transitory instead of for what is eternal!

They waste their time with gossip, TV and hedonism, and in their longing for material wealth they have suffocated the longings of the Soul. This is the sad status quo of human mass consciousness today.

Most people literally waste their lives. They don’t see the opportunity, purpose and gift of human birth.

The question is, will we also waste the rest of our lives and just delay the inevitable? Or are we ready to make a commitment RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW to the longings of our Soul that yearns for union with the Divine?

The Integrated Ascended Master spends his time wisely. As the Sai Baba Gita says, “Time wasted is life wasted.”

The Importance of Practicing The Presence

The Spiritual path is very simple: If you want to be with God in Heaven, then act like God on Earth! The Spiritual practice of acting like God on Earth is called “Practicing the Presence.”

What is meant with the “Presence” is our “Mighty I AM Presence,” also called our God Self. So the idea is to get up in the morning and make up your mind to practice to Presence of God to the best of your ability throughout the day.

This means looking at every person, animal, plant and rock as an incarnation of God, greeting every person as if they were your favourite Ascended Master visiting you in form, and behaving as if you were an Ascended Master or God-realized Being yourself!

The Integrated Ascended Master realizes that if one keeps practicing being an Ascended Master, they eventually will become one!

Don’t Become Too Obsessed with Your Dreams and Don’t Give Your Power Away to Your Dreams

Always trust your conscious understanding more than anything else. When a dream is showing that you have an adjustment to make, make a specific short Spiritual vow in your mind, out loud, or in writing, to affirm that you are doing this or that to never let this specific pattern get out of balance ever again.

Never waste time feeling bad about some pattern that you may have not been aware of. Just immediately adjust it in your attitude which will reflect instantly in your emotional body. You will instantly feel good because you have made the subtle adjustment and your specific vow and affirmation to never let this happen again. Always adjust your consciousness so it is totally in the Tao and completely clear to start your day.

The Integrated Ascended Master works with his dreams in an integrated and balanced way. He uses them to propel himself forward on his path to Self and God Realization. He realizes that dreams are an invaluable feedback system. It is like a morning newspaper print out of how we have been using our energies the day before. If we have been out of line somewhere, then our dreams will reflect this so we can make the proper adjustments and corrections in our thinking. This is how God would have us look at our dreams, as a mentor and friendly reminder to stay on track!

What is the Kundalini and How to Raise it

The word “Kundalini” comes from Sanskrit and means “coiled.” Kundalini is a universal energy that lies coiled (like a snake) at the base of the spine.

In Eastern tradition there are methods to forcefully raise the Kundalini, however, one should refrain from such practices at all cost as following such techniques could create massive damage in the nervous system to the point of going insane!

The Integrated Ascended Master realizes that the Kundalini rises naturally as a byproduct of developing one’s consciousness. It is a byproduct of meditation, self-introspection, self-inquiry, prayer, and integrated ascension.

What is a So-called Ray Configuration?

We each not only have an astrological chart that is unique to us, we also each have a Ray chart that is unique to us, which is commonly referred to as our Ray configuration.

The science of the Rays is in truth older than even the science of astrology because the Rays predate the creation of the stars. As such, in truth, our Ray chart or Ray configuration is even more significant than our astrological chart.

Our Ray configuration tells us which Rays overlight and influence the various bodies of our Spiritual constitution. These overlighting Rays predispose us to have certain weaknesses and strengths.

Nevertheless, it is important to understand that regardless of which Rays overlight our Spiritual constitution or which astrological energies may be influencing us, or whatever other planetary energies may be acting upon us, there is no force stronger in the universe than our personal power and will.

What is Ascension?

Ascension is the process of breaking free from the wheel of rebirth. To ascend means to raise one’s frequency to a level that vibrates higher than physical/Earthly reality.

To take one’s ascension in an integrated and balanced way means to synthesize and ascend equally all four bodies – physical/etheric, emotional, mental and Spiritual – and to not try and bypass any of these levels. To ascend our bodies means to purify our physical body, spiritualize our emotions, keep our mind steady in the light, and descend our Monad or God Self onto Earth.

To become an Integrated Ascended Master means to fully integrate all aspects of the Divine within self and to become whole and complete. And it is from this state of wholeness and completion that we then can truly serve Spirit, the Spiritual Hierarchy and humanity. If we leave out any of these aspects of self we will become fragmented, and any service work we will be doing will become corrupted as a result.

The Integrated Ascended Master strives for integration and mastery at all times, in all ways and all things.
