It is essential to do Spiritual practices. Without any kind of Spiritual discipline in place, your life will be missing direction, focus and consistency. Without some kind of routine in place, you will slowly but surely end up aimlessly flowing through life instead of assertively growing through life!

For your enjoyment, here are seven disciplines you could integrate into your daily routine. Each of them works wonders, but all seven together work miracles!

1. Pray.
2. Meditate.
3. Regard every encounter as a Holy Encounter, as God meeting God, Christ meeting Christ, Buddha meeting Buddha.
4. Deny any thought not of God to enter your mind.
5. Chant the Name/s of God.
6. Practice the Presence of God.
