What is the Difference between Spiritual Discernments, Observations, Judgements and Criticism?

It is essential in life to have Spiritual discernments and observations, but it is never appropriate to judge and criticize.

Spiritual discernments and observations are made with love; criticism and judgment are always based on fear and negative ego.

One of the secrets to integrated ascension is knowing when to talk and when to be silent. Sometimes it may be appropriate to share feedback with someone else, however, probably more often than not, the appropriate response is to remain quiet. The golden rule of life is to focus more on learning your own lessons than pointing out the lessons of other people.
